My review of the Bernard Schwartz/Alice Oswald evening on the recordings of Hughes at the New York Poetry Centre 92Y has recently been published in Volume 6, Issue 1 (2017) of the Ted Hughes Society Journal. Rare recordings of Hughes introducing and reading his poetry were interspersed with commentary from Oswald and Schwartz. The event was a combined activity from the Queen Mary School of English and Drama and the London Review of Books.
